Diana Dezso

Diana Dezso is a financial inclusion expert, with more than 12 years in the microfinance sector. She advises leading microfinance associations and apex organizations, offering capacity assessment, organizational development, impact measurement, new business and program implementation. She works with global alliances and learning networks on knowledge management, engagement and expansion strategies. She has undertaken global research on strategic risks and opportunities facing microfinance institutions (MFIs) in low- and middle-income countries.

She has worked in senior leadership positions of international organizations in both Washington, DC and the field, including the SEEP Network (2006-2013) and ACCION USA (2003-2006). Ms. Dezso has a MPA from New York University. She is fluent in Romanian and English, proficient in Spanish and speaks basic French.
