Jenny Morgan

Jenny Morgan has over 10 years of experience working on financial inclusion for low-income and vulnerable populations. Her current projects are focused on effective communication, learning and engagement, organizational assessment, monitoring and evaluation, strategic and business planning, program development and management.

Recent projects include serving as part of the Learning Partner team for The MasterCard Foundation Symposia on Financial Inclusion; supporting the demand side survey and partnership development for CGAP’s Gateway Academy, an e-learning initiative; and managing the SEEP Network’s Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) program, which strives to improve the resiliency of financial service providers serving vulnerable populations, as well as the communities they serve.

Jenny was previously Director of the SEEP Network’s Association Services team, which worked to advance financial inclusion through microfinance association leadership. In this role, she managed capacity building initiatives at SEEP that strengthened the operational, technical, and financial capacities of microfinance associations to promote growth and development of local microfinance industries. In addition, she has contributed to numerous tools for microfinance associations. Earlier, Jenny worked in the domestic microfinance sector, where she ran a financial education and business advising program at ACCION New York.
